Hellbrute

I painted up this Hellbrute for the April WGC paint threat and as a gift for James of the 40kAmateurHour channel.

Weekend painting

Hello all,
I got the chance to get out the brushes again and thought I'd show you the outcomes so far.

First up we have eVlad. I'm painting this version without his cloak and shoulder pads. The armor is a dark red which should stand out next to Sorcha in her white armor (coming soon).

Next we have the Hellbrute from the Dark Vengeance set. I'm doing this one for fun and using him for my WGC paint threat.

More coming soon.

Slaanesh Champion

Today I have a Slaanesh Champion to show off. I painted this miniature as part of a mini exchange challenge over on the Geek Garage blog. The challenging part was to try tying in a pink pallet for the overall piece. I went with a pink metalic look for the armor using a metal tint method.

Here is the finished piece.

Dreadfleet

Hello once again today I present to you Dreadfleet by Games Workshop.
This has been my main project for the last few months. Tried out some new techniques and a few new products. Overall my impression of this kit is very impressive and daunting. The level of detail is great and each ship is unique in it's color scheme.
I hope you enjoy the hard work that went into painting this set.
